Role Summary:
- Join us as a Contract Recruiting Specialist where you'd work in a hybrid capacity at our growing Houston, TX campus supporting a global HR team.
- Make an immediate impact by attracting top talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Partner closely with leaders across the business during a high‑momentum, fast‑paced assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract & engage prospective talent for high-volume repeatable Field Service Technician (Mechanical + Electrical), Commissioning & other field-based technical roles as part of our Global Service Excellence business.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers as a trusted recruitment expert.
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting:
- Write job descriptions
- Post roles
- Source talent
- Conduct phone screens
- Coordinate interviews
- Support hiring decisions
- Develop innovative, multi‑channel sourcing strategies—including for technical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
- Advise on compensation, negotiate offers, and ensure hiring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date data within the ATS and support recruiting reporting needs.
- Analyze recruiting trends and recommend process and workflow improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
- High-volume recruiting experience to include field-based technical positions.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and other HR systems (Jobvite; Workday preferred).
- Strong communicator who is friendly, adaptable, and effective at all organizational levels.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels and work in a complex global matrix organization.
- Passionate about diversity, inclusion, and creating a positive employee experience.
- HR certification is a plus.
